Terms of Service.

1. About Sosaly and these terms

Sosaly is a sole-proprietor business. In these terms, "Sosaly," "we," and "us" refer to the operator of this service. Contact us at support@sosaly.com.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.

2. Your account and access

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. A GroupSignal subscription covers one personal workspace; each connected Facebook account collects from one browser at a time. Do not share or resell account access or bypass account, subscription, or security controls.

3. What GroupSignal provides

GroupSignal finds relevant posts in the Facebook groups you choose, using your browser to read groups you can access and AI to assess relevance. You review opportunities and decide whether and how to respond. GroupSignal does not automatically post comments or send messages for you.

Monitoring is best effort. It depends on Chrome, your Facebook login, permissions, connectivity, and third-party availability. It is not an always-on service and has no guaranteed time from post to alert. AI can make mistakes or miss relevant posts; verify the original context before acting. We do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, or complete coverage. Sosaly is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Facebook.

4. Trial, pricing, and recurring payments

The GroupSignal trial lasts 7 days (168 consecutive hours) from explicit activation, with 5 group slots. No card is required. Creating an account does not start the trial, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Trial eligibility is described in our privacy notice.

$10/month includes five group slots. Each additional slot is $2/month. Choose 5–25 group slots. Each group in an active monitor uses one slot. The same group in multiple active monitors uses one slot per monitor. The $10/month minimum applies even if you use fewer than five slots. Pausing or removing groups does not change your purchased slots or bill. Prices are USD, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. Billing starts immediately when you subscribe and replaces any remaining trial time. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. There are no automatic AI overage charges.

Add or reduce group slots at your next renewal after successful payment. Nothing is due now and your current capacity stays available through its paid period. You can replace or cancel a pending change before renewal. Reductions do not refund unused time.

Unlimited AI monitoring is subject to fair use. Sustained unusually heavy or repetitive use may be processed more slowly; normal speed resumes automatically. The subscription does not include general-purpose AI access, automated setup farming, proxy access or resale.

Purchases through Creem are sold by Creem as merchant of record. Creem handles payment processing, receipts, applicable transaction taxes, and payment refunds, and its Buyer Terms also apply. Sosaly provides the product and product support. Current plans are on our pricing page.

5. Canceling your subscription

You can cancel future renewals through subscription management on your GroupSignal billing page. Contact support if you cannot access it. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid that renewal charge, and check that cancellation has been confirmed. Confirmed paid access continues until the end of its paid period, unless the payment is fully refunded or charged back.

Signing out, disconnecting a browser, or uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription. When access expires, monitoring and AI work pause; your online inbox stays available for review and deletion.

6. Refunds and billing problems

Use the 7-day free trial to evaluate GroupSignal before subscribing. Subscription payments, including renewals, are non-refundable except where required by law. Canceling does not refund the current paid period or unused time.

For a billing mistake or refund request, email support@sosaly.com with your receipt or order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send card details or passwords. Approved refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method. A full refund ends access for the refunded paid period.

This policy does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or other remedies required by applicable consumer law, or refunds Creem must issue under its applicable terms or payment rules. Cancellation of future renewal and a refund of an existing payment are separate requests.

7. Responsible use

Use the service lawfully and respect the rules of the sources and groups you access, including privacy and intellectual-property rights. Only monitor sources you are authorized to access. Do not use Sosaly for spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful surveillance, collecting content without permission, or bypassing source restrictions. Do not attack the service, evade protective limits, or use it as a general-purpose AI proxy. You are responsible for reviewing and sending any responses yourself.

8. Your data and third-party services

Our Sosaly privacy notice and GroupSignal privacy overview explain what we store, for how long, and how to delete it. Your Facebook login and cookies stay on your device.

Accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy covers: saving your monitor settings, selected groups, and each connected Facebook account's ID, plus its name and group list, encrypted; reading the text in photos of photo-only posts on your device; sending post excerpts, that text, and setup requests for AI analysis; keeping matching posts in your online inbox; and storing your webhook settings and sending the fields you choose to your destinations, even while your browser is closed. It does not start monitoring or set up a webhook. We cannot recall copies a webhook service has accepted.

You retain your rights in information you provide. You permit the processing needed to provide the functions you choose, as described in those privacy notices. Third-party sources, payment services, and destinations you connect have their own terms. You are responsible for having permission to submit or share the information involved.

9. Software rights and service restrictions

Sosaly and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and website, subject to applicable third-party licenses. You may use the service for its intended purpose while you comply with these terms and have the required access. This does not transfer ownership of our software or of other people's content.

We may restrict access to address misuse, security threats, legal obligations, or a material breach of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake. These actions do not remove rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

10. Account deletion and ending use

You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. Account deletion is separate: request it on your account page or contact support. The privacy notice explains deletion, the recovery period, and required record retention. Account deletion does not erase information you already shared with other services or data left on a disconnected device.

11. Changes and your legal rights

We may update the service and these terms. We will publish the revised terms with an effective date and give notice of material changes before they take effect as required by law. Subscription price changes apply to future renewals with advance notice and an opportunity to cancel. Nothing here excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
