How does the trial work?

Try 5 group slots free for 7 days from activation on Sosaly, across as many monitors as you like. No card required, no automatic charge.

What will I be billed?

US$2 per group slot/month, with a five-slot minimum (US$10), plus applicable tax. Subscribing replaces any remaining trial time and starts monthly billing until you cancel.

Can I change my number of group slots?

Yes. Choose 5–25 slots; changes take effect at your next renewal after successful payment. Nothing is charged now. Pausing or removing groups doesn't change your bill.

What does fair use mean?

Unusually heavy or repetitive use may slow temporarily; normal speed returns automatically. The plan covers opportunity monitoring, not general-purpose AI access or resale.

What happens if I cancel?

You won't be charged for another renewal. Monitoring continues until your paid period ends. Your online inbox stays available for review and deletion afterward.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Try the free 7-day trial before subscribing. Read our refund terms.

Is monitoring always on, and where is my inbox?

Monitoring needs Chrome and your Facebook session, and timing can vary. Matching posts stay in your online Sosaly inbox for 30 days, and saved opportunities until you delete them. Reviewing them needs an internet connection, not your collecting browser.
